Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 28, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how LingXi Cloud Inference Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Lingxi API and related websites or applications (the “Service”).
2. Information we collect
Account and authentication. When you sign in with Telegram, we receive identifiers and profile data that Telegram provides to us (such as Telegram user ID, username, name, and profile photo URL) as needed to operate your account.
Usage and technical data. We collect information about API requests and usage (e.g., timestamps, model identifiers, token counts, costs, latency, and status) for billing, analytics, security, and service improvement.
Content you send to the API. Prompts, messages, files, or other inputs you submit to the API (“Customer Content”) are processed to provide the Service. Retention and handling are described below.
Payments. If you top up using cryptocurrency or other methods, we process transaction-related information (e.g., amounts, network, transaction references) as needed to credit your account.
Device and log data. We may collect IP address, browser type, language, and similar technical data from web interactions for security and diagnostics.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate users and secure accounts;
- Calculate usage and billing;
- Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms;
- Communicate about the Service (e.g., technical notices).
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as security and analytics, balanced against your rights), and consent where required.
5. Sharing of information
We share information with:
- Model and infrastructure providers as necessary to route and fulfill API requests;
- Service providers who assist us (e.g., hosting, analytics) under appropriate contracts;
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.
We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We may disclose aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you.
6. Retention
We retain account and billing records as needed for legal, tax, and operational purposes. Usage logs may be retained for a limited period for security and analytics unless a longer period is required. Customer Content may be processed in memory or short-term caches to deliver responses; we aim to minimize retention of Customer Content beyond what is needed for the Service, debugging (with safeguards), or legal obligations. Specific retention may vary by product configuration and law.
7. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. International transfers
We may process data in China and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and to data portability or to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under the age required in your jurisdiction for valid consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
